1.Who can use DawasetuLicensed businesses only, and your licence must stay valid.
Only businesses holding a valid drug licence in India, verified by us. You must keep your licence valid and tell us about changes.
2.What Dawasetu isWe are the software; the sale is between you and your trading partner.
Software that helps you order, keep stock and track expiry. Every sale is between you and your trading partner. Dawasetu is not a party to it and does not buy, sell or deliver medicines.
3.Controlled medicinesSchedule X and NDPS medicines can't be ordered here.
Schedule X and NDPS medicines cannot be ordered through the app. You remain responsible for all registers and records the law requires.
4.FeesFree months first, 30 days' notice before any charge, and you can leave with your data.
New medical stores get 2 months of Complete free; after that, plans start at ₹99 a month. The first 100 wholesalers get the Starter or Growth plan free for 3 months. We tell you about any charge or price change at least 30 days in advance, and nothing is charged without your consent. You can export your data and leave at any time.
5.Cancellation and refundsCancel from Plan and billing; yearly plans get unused months back within 30 days.
Cancel any time from Plan and billing. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month. Yearly plans are refunded for unused full months if you cancel within 30 days of paying. Nothing is charged during free months.
6.Fair useDon't spam or pressure other businesses.
Don't use other businesses' information to spam or pressure them. We may suspend accounts that do.
7.Law and disputesIndian law; courts in Kanpur.
Indian law applies. Courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
