1.Who we areWe make software for medical stores and wholesalers — nothing more.
Dawasetu provides software to licensed medical stores and wholesalers in India. We do not buy, sell or hold medicines.
2.What we collect and whyOnly what we need to log you in, check your licence and run your orders.
Your mobile number (to log you in), business details, GSTIN and drug licence (to verify you), orders, stock and expiry data (to run the service), and device information (to keep your account secure). If you write to us through the website, we keep your name, number and message to reply to you.
3.Who sees your dataConnected wholesalers see your dealings with them — never your stock or sales.
Wholesalers you are connected to see your shop name, owner, address, phone, licence, GSTIN, and your orders, returns and credit with them. They never see your stock, your sales, or your orders with other wholesalers. Shops that are not connected see only your business name, town and verified badge — and only if you allow it.
4.Where it is storedIn India, encrypted, and every look at your licence is recorded.
On servers in India (Mumbai), encrypted in transit and at rest. Licence documents are visible only to our verification team, and every access is logged.
5.Your rightsWrite to us and we'll show, fix, export or delete your data.
You can see, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to us at rishabhsharma919319@gmail.com. Deleting an account removes your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
6.Grievance officerA named person who replies within 7 days.
